Laura Holden v. Farmers Ins. Comp. of WA, et al. June 2009 - SKWC's Brad Moore argued before the WA Supreme Court the case on behalf of a state-wide class of Farmers' insureds, who were denied payment of sales tax on personal property loss claims. Brad argued that Farmers wrote an ambiguous policy provision; thus it should be construed in favor of Farmer's insureds. Click here to see the video.
