Mimy’s energy and tenacity are assets that serve our clients well. Her ability to connect with clients on a personal level while focusing on the legal issues of their cases allows her to take a well-rounded approach to litigation. Mimy takes a special interest in cases involving injured athletes and especially cyclists.
Mimy joined our firm as an associate in September of 2007. A cum laude graduate of Seattle University School of Law, she was a fellow with the school’s Center on Corporations, Law, and Society, and spent a semester, as an extern, prosecuting cases for the Seattle City Attorney’s Office. Mimy worked as a law clerk in our Seattle office for a year prior to accepting a position as an associate. Her practice follows the firm’s tradition of improving the lives of people who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others.

An avid cyclist, you’re likely to run into Mimy on two wheels in the mountains or on the road. She races for Team Group Health, a local women’s team, and commutes to work several days a week.
